Yes, there was an error in one driver version and some versions of Vista could not use the driver we've supplied. Anyway, this should be fixed now - please download latest Moncha from our web and after you install it, there is a drivers directory in C:\Program Files\Moncha - try to use this one and please let us know, if it's working.

I still can't get the drivers to install on my vista laptop for my MonchaLITE DAC despite downloading the lastest software!

If i use the drivers in the i386 folder i get...

Windows could not find the driver software for your device

...and if i try the drivers in the !Old Drivers\Windows 32bit - 2000, XP, Vista, 7 directory i get...

windows found driver software for your device but encountered and error while trying to install it.

Moncha USB Device

The system cannot find the specified file.

I've tried every driver in every folder and simply cant get any to install.

You have to select the Drivers directory, not the i386 one. Have you tried it like that?

Yes, that just produces the same 'The system cannot find the specified file' error.

Could you please try to use Update driver from Device manager? If it's still not working, please contact us on our company email info@showtacle.com.
