      Not a very big bug, more something like a unhandled exception.
      When more users are logged into windows, only one can control the output hardware. (as expected)
      When other users try to start mocha it grinds to a hold. Maybe there should be a message stating that the output hardware is already in use by another user or something like that.

        To be honest, this is an issue we’ve never tested 🙂 … But it’s strange, because you can run multiple Monchas by one user. Could you please send us the MonchaCrashLog.txt file? We’ll check it.

          I did some tests, I think it’s not related to the hardware, I think when moncha is started by another user it tries to load default.mws which is in use by the first user. (mocha installed on vista system, uac off)

            Hm, I don’t think this is the cause – after Moncha loads some workspace, it is not used anymore. Would it be possible to send us the crash report – we could find the cause quite easily like that?

              Now I got another problem ; lj’s are complaining that moncha won’t wake up from a laser off status. It just hangs. I heard that complaint before, but didn’t pay much attention to it. But now I experienced it myself.

                  Hi Bart,

                  do you use the latest version? Because this should be fixed already. If you do use last version, please send me the “MonchaCrashLog.txt” file to my e-mail to check that.

                  The problem with not waking up is an hardware issue on first 40 pcs of Moncha. Sometimes when the laser is not grounded properly or there are some other devices connected to line, this problem appears. There are 2 possibilities – you send us the Moncha and we will fix it(for free of course). Or I can send you some pictures what to do – you have to only solder some pins at USB connector of Moncha.
