I’ve been using Fiesta happily onsite in venu for 38 week pretty much trouble free, over the last few weeks i have had to restart Fiest 4-5 times on each ocassion the Software has frozen compleatly.
THE DAC still has power and the XY LED are dimm the RGB laser is frozen in what ever position / colour when crash occurs.
ending task manager in applications is not enough to restart the fiesta.exe must be selected and killed then USB unplugged and re plugged before normal function can be started.

<< Vista SP1 32 Bit 4GB Intel 2.00 Ghz Also running Grand VJ at the same time. Any help on this issue appreciatedMarch 1, 2009 at 8:44 pm #887Anonymous
Could you please send us errorlog.txt file from Fiesta’s directory to our company email? And also fiesta.dmp if possible.
It’s quite strange, especially if Fiesta was running ok for long time and now you have this problem…
There was little problem with some graphic cards(SiS) – but after installing latest drivers, the problem disapperared.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I have looked for errorlog.txt and fiesta.dmp in C:\Program Files\Fiesta! 2.2 but cannot find them would they be stored in an alternate location on a vista install ?March 2, 2009 at 5:31 am #890Anonymous
No, it should be in Fiesta’s directory. Anyway please try to install latest drivers(especially for your graphic card) and let us know. Have you used XP before? Or that 38 week satisfaction was already Vista?

The graphics card drivers are upto date and no new software has been installed recently.
The systme has been running off this platform for 38 weeks with vista first with fiesta 2 then fiesta 2.2
neither of the files mentioned are in the fiesta folder.
Any help or advise is appreciated.March 3, 2009 at 5:28 am #892Anonymous
