I'm a really new laser user.
I installed MONCHA 2.5.2 on Windows XP (running on INTEL MAC POWERBOOK PRO by PARALLEL). When launched all moncha windows are empty and when trying to load a workspace or anything the message is: "Can't load workspace".
No way to load any effect or workspace.
The ILDA device is recognized but I have no effect.
A serial cable to connect ILDA-USB device and laser is OK or I have to use an ILDA cable if different?
Paolo, could you please send us MonchaLog.txt file? Please start your Moncha, try to load workspace using File->Load workspace. After you receive error message, close Moncha software and locate that file.
